Meet The Team

Jade

This is Jade Austin. Jade started with our facility as a lot Porter and Shop assistant. After several years of training, he has turned into an incredible service manager. Here at Cass St Automotive we believe in training and promoting from within, and Jade is an excellent example. His positive demeanor and positive outlook on life can make every problem just a little bit better. Add to that his deep compassion for other humans and his desire to help whenever he can makes him the perfect Service Advisor for Cass Street automotive.

Cesar

This is Cesar Magana. Cesar has been a friend to our family for over 30 years. I was fortunate enough to have him come work for us in 2013. Cesar‘s ability to troubleshoot extremely difficult and complicated electronic computer control system problems, along with his ability to disassemble the most complex engines, turbochargers, superchargers, or transmissions, makes him one of the most incredible technicians in the industry. If Cesar can’t fix it, it’s not broken.

Luis

Luis is the shop’s general maintenance technician. If it’s big and needs to be moved, we get Luis, better known as Coco, to help out. His hard work and dedication, and positive spirit make him an excellent fit for Cast Street Automotive. Luis participates in all the training offered by our shop to continue to improve his skill set to eventually become one of our technicians. Training and promoting from within are core principles of Cass St Automotive.

Alfredo

Alfredo has been with us since 2020. He is a dedicated family man who brings a great work ethic with him. Wether it’s staying late to make sure a customer has their car for the weekend or coming in early to help a customer get to work on time, Alfredo is a team player with the customer’s best interests in mind. He is studying to achieve his master technician certification, and with his great habits, I’m sure he will achieve his goals.

Two

Two is the shop’s comfort dog. No matter how bad the news is, Two will make you feel better. Having a dog around the shop gives it much more of a home-like environment and seems to put all our customers at ease. Even if you are just having a bad day, stop by. Two can fix it.
